We like to start every project over a cup of coffee, at our office in Alkmaar or at your place. First, we want to understand how your business works, where things get stuck and what's at stake. Then we map out the situation, sometimes by spending a day on site or running a workshop with the people who will be using the software.
Based on that, we draw up a phased plan with concrete deliverables, a realistic timeline and clear expectations. We're upfront about uncertainties and tackle them as research in an early phase, so later decisions are based on facts. During development, we deliver phase by phase. That means you see working software early, and we can change course as soon as new insights call for it.
That depends on what needs to be built: an internal tool with a few screens is a very different project from a platform with apps and integrations. That's why we don't name a price until we understand your situation. What we do is keep the investment manageable: because we work in phases, you know what you'll get and what it costs at every stage, and you can decide again after each phase. We often start with a first version that solves the most important problem, and build from there.
