Situation
Sociëteit De Dieu is a founder-led club where founders share knowledge, experience, and networks at the intersection of business, culture, and society.
The existing app was ready for a refresh, both in appearance and in functionality.
Challenge
- Outdated interface and limited functionality for founders
- A dashboard that was hard to use for day-to-day management
- No support for room bookings or day-to-day hospitality operations
- Migration of all existing users and data without interruption
What we did
- Rebuilt the app into a complete platform for members and day-to-day operations
- Redesigned it in line with De Dieu’s identity
- Added the ability for founders to reserve rooms and spaces in the monumental building
- Built an admin dashboard for member management, events, and external bookings
- Added horeca tools for attendance and dietary requirements
- Integrated door access to show real-time presence
- Successfully migrated all existing users and data
Result
A modern platform, including iOS and Android apps and an admin dashboard, that supports founders, staff, and day-to-day operations.
