Members app for de Dieu

Situation

Sociëteit De Dieu is a member-run club where founders share knowledge, experience, and networks across business, culture, and society.
The existing app needed an upgrade, both in representation and functionality.

Challenge

• Outdated UI and limited functionality for founders
• Challenging UX in the management dashboard
• No support for space bookings or daily operations
• Migrating all users and data without disruption

What we did

• Rebuilt the app into a full member and operations platform
• Updated the design to align with De Dieu’s identity
• Enabled founders to book rooms and spaces in De Dieu’s monumental building
• Built an admin dashboard for managing members, events, and (external) bookings
• Added horeca tooling for attendance and dietary requirements
• Integrated door access to show real-time presence
• Migrated all existing users and data

Result

A modern platform, including iOS & Android apps and an admin web portal to support founders, staff, and daily operations.
